Service was overall good. The finance department worked hard on
getting mr financed at an affordable price. I am going to take the car
in for service because the cd player didnt work and the left rear
bumper needs painting. Well see how that goes.

Friendly sales man, just wish they had more banks and offered me

Thorobred really worked with me and tried to meet my pricing goals for a 2013 Suburban. In the end, they could not make the deal I needed but were very professional and courteous during the entire process. I will shop there again.

We had a very bad experience with this dealership. We came in on a sale for a particular vehicle. We were told they only had 2 of these vehicles and they were sold. We explained our payment that we needed and that we had researched the vehicles price before we got there. The salesperson was not good with us. He would not work with us. Then 3 days later he called and was willing to work with us, but by then we had already bought a car from a dealership that was great with us.

Thorobred is not worthy of any stars as they lack honesty, customer service,and integrity! We went in person to test drive cars, and they kept changing the bottom line, so we went home to research. I found a 2012 Malibu for $15,995 in the Sunday paper, which they said was sold. I then found the 2012 Malibu LS for $16,995 on this website, and emailed about it. A Martese called me and assured me that this vehicle was indeed available and he verified all the info listed, including the stock number, milage, and price. He said he would pull it for us to see. When we arrived neither Martese nor the vehicle could be found. The Sales Manager said that he sold it and it had far more miles on it. He said that their best price was in the $18Ks. Very rude and obviously not wanting our business. Obviously they offer to beat everyone else's best price by $1,000 so they can not have to work on their customer service or waste their own time!.

(wholesaled it) and tried to upsell me with a "great deal" on a new car
WAY above my price range.
