Be Careful - They Will Take You For A Ride! — I did not have such a good experience with this garage. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. I guess they thought that was an open invitation to boost bottom line! When he called me back a few hours later he rattled off a long, extensive of problems characterizing them all as serious. He basically said every moving part under the hood needs to be replaced and a few non-moving parts as well, like the radiator hose (he said it was fine but should be replaced because my car was X years old). I found this diagnosis odd since I had just taken my car to another garage a few months before (one that I had been going to for years) and they basically give my car a clean bill of health. I wish I could go back to my dependable garage but my job moved to another location and so I tried Tenley Exxon. Definitely won’t be going back there.
