Only several emails as dealership realistically is too far (CT to OH); but VERY nice and VERY helpful. They actually had a car that I liked and absent the distance; I would have gone to look and likely bought a car from them. Good job Sunnyside!

The salesman at Sunnyside was very professional,and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Sunnyside for getting back to me. I did not have to wait long at all. I rate Sunnyside the highest,being in my book the best!!!

A person contacted me from the dealership and asked the neccessary questions. He said after I filled a credit app he'd get back with me at the end of the day. I had to call him later that day and the next morning with messages before he called me back and gave me options which I couldn't make happen. He said he'd see what he could do and call me back later that day. I had to call him back and leave a message the following afternoon, and emailed him two times. Needless to say I didn't get the vehicle I really wanted, and have an ding on my credit report that will hurt me. Customer service is very poor at Sunnyside and they don't want to help make "things" happen.
