We are not fussy when it comes to mechanics. The work we usually get is fairly standard. That changed when our breaks needed replacing. Our car began exhibiting some issues when breaking. The folks at Sullivan Tires recommended that we replace the breaks. They were reasonable and did not assume that we would stick with their assessment. A couple of months after we replaced our breaks, we took the car in for an oil change. While looking over the car they found that the breaks they had installed previously had warped. They replaced the breaks free of charge as they were still under warranty. The whole experience led me to feel that we were being taken care of by a caring organization. I have no reason to look elsewhere for repairs.
