Took My Volvo In For Coolant Issue, $1500 Later They Still Could Not Fix It!!! — Took my 2000 Volvo V70 AWD for coolant issue, they found a crack in the coolant reservoir, and swapped it out. Then they advised me to get maintenance on the car that would help with performance and preventing future coolant issues. Weeks later and $1500 down the drain, I still have a coolant issue (SAME ONE) and they have no idea how to fix it (they told me I had a blown head gasket or cracked head). I found out they were dragging their feet on fixing my car so I could not call the credit card company and complain (limit of 45 days to file a complaint)!!! I took it to the dealer 5 miles away, 24 hrs later, ALL FIXED!!!! They refused to give me a refund since they did all these unneeded SERVICES. I showed the dealer what all they did and they laughed at me saying you win some, you loose some, I LOST $1500 taking my car to Spotlight Automotive!!!
