I would have preferred to have been given a basic overview of the options, upon delivery. (Although in all fairness, I should add that the outdoor temperature that day was struggling to rise above 9 degrees F.) It would have been a nice gesture as well to provide an adequate amount of fuel upon delivery, instead of delivering at the 1/4 tank level, especially knowing we traveled 130 miles round trip to purchase the vehicle. Salesperson, Terry McQuiston, very friendly. I got a super fantastic price for a well equipped, low mileage, 2009 Ford Flex SE, validated by my lending instition who appraised the vehicle at a much higher value. All in all, very pleased.
