told me car would be ready when I got there. Had to wait 30min to see the car. Then the car had to be taken to get gas as there was not any gas in it to test drive. The inside of the car was FILTHY. The internet sales person took $100 of the list price on the phone and said we could negotiate more when I got there. I never saw the internet sales person, was tossed between two sales people and then then they started the negotiation at the original list price and would not negotiate at all. So I left. I bought a new car at a different dealership when I was ready to buy then and there they lost an easy cash sale.

They said they had a yellow jeep and they even showed it on line. When I called to the dealer they told that the yellow Jeep was there and I drove 300 miles round trip to look at a yellow jeep that they didn't even have , but tried to sell me a black jeep. I would not go to this place ever and I would not recommend them.

I would give them a "0" but I can't they ensured me that they have cars in my price range and convinced me to come knowing that I'm on public transportation and the distance I was coming from for me to go up there and they have no cars in my price range. It was a waste off my time, I wasn't compensated, nor was there any real accountability. They are highly unprofessional and I will never shop there ever.

I was contacted when I inquired about a car via email. They said they had so I called off of work and made an hour and fifteen minute trip the next day only to find out they had sold it the day before. I was even contacted that same day to confirm that I would be showing up! I even specified that that was the car I wanted but they didn't bother to tell me only until I got there the next day!!! I was upset but that's not all. Then I got some sales guy named Jack who was trying to sell me a nice Ford Focus, which I was inclined to buy at one point because, according to Jack, it was $7000 (perfect for my budget). But then he tells me it's $7800 (NOT in my budget) and even after I told him 'No' because it didn't fit my budget he continued to insist that I buy it. After explaining to him time after time he tells me he had some other cars in my budget. However, he would tell me one price and it turns out that it was like $4000 more. It wasn't very professional of them to give me inaccurate prices of vehicles i couldn't afford as we'll as inaccurate information. In fact, if they would've asked me to wait so that they can get me the right info I would've waited. I also don't appreciate the fact that they didn't tell me that the car I wanted was gone so I could've avoided the long trip, which then left me stranded because I left without a car.

I dealt with a dealer named Regggie. He was very unprofessional and didn't make the buying process fun. I ended up walking out.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. Advised that vehicle was available by phone and email. Arrived and made to wait 45 min while "they try to locate" after saying we were Going to leave they state car was sold yesterday. This is a ploy to get you in the door. Very shady and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone.

I called and e-mailed a half dozen times over a 3-wk period-asking for their "E-price" and updated pics(pictures in the ad did NOT match the car listed! It took a week to someone to quote me the "E-Price(add'l $200 discount) and after 3 wks still no pictures. I finally gave up and purchased a similiar car elsewhere.

Very quick to call and respond. However, on the second call I bagan to feel pressured into making a decision.
