Never A Problem With Service Or Quality Of Work. — I deal with Nate and Cary at the Service King at 635 and Plano Rd. in NE Dallas. Both of these guys have been my body shop service advisers for over 10 years.

Thieves — These guys do not honor their work even after they've collected from your insurance company. I would never recommend this company. Their communication is poor, their work is subpar and they always pass the buck. If you take your car here be prepared for lots of issues and an absolute lack of customer service.

Thanks For The Lemmon Door. — Quality of work: 0 Customer service: 5 Expectations: 10 I got my door crunched by a guy in his huge A/C truck turning right in a left lane. It was mostly aesthetic. The guy begged me not to call his insurance and I bought his story, thinking it might not cost anything to fix. I took it to Service King on Estate Ln. It seemed to be a trustworthy place in Richardson. Well, rather than smoothing it out like they should have, I guess Service King forgot that I was paying out of pocket. They are so accustomed to nickle and diming their insurance claims, they forgot some people go the traditional route and might demand reasonable costs. They slapped me with a $1200 bill without calling me first. Another car on the assembly line and not a Corvette, I guess the fact they also forgot I was paying out of pocket didn't merit a phone call. I agreed to pay it. The next day, my mirror wasn't working. I tried to fix it myself by pressing it in. I took it to Service King. They said it might move if they just connected a couple of wires free of charge. How generous. The thing didn't work when I came to pick it up. Well, we can replace the door again, they told me, but we have to order some parts this time and it could take at least a week. I was in the most stressful part of the work year and preparing to go out of town. Considering the frustration I'd already had, I ducktaped my mirror and have been driving with my mirror on the right side only. Thanks Service King, for allowing me to go from having a few dents to having a real ghetto ride.
