Very accomodating with having info re: the cars history and use of all the buttons on the dash. Everyone there was smiling and helpful with making us comfortable and expedited the process of buying the car since I was having a bad back day.

Their showroom was a madhouse. Our salesman took us to two other lots looking for the car we came to see. They couldn't find it. Then the manager yelled at the salesman. We were glad to get out of there.

Called ahead of time to arrange a test drive. Drove up for the test drive. No one could find the car after searching for 45 minutes. Was told I'd be contacted the next day. No one followed up for 4 days and then I was told the car had been sold.
