Service Not Taking Care Of Warranty Issue And Stalling. —
My Review of Round Rock Toyota:
Sales staff are professional and will work to close a deal. Bought two new Toyota Vehicles from them. One has a shimmy at highway speeds and was told that the vehicle is in spec with alignment. Service writer said all alignment, suspension, brakes, and ABS checked out and that it was just unbalanced tires. They balanced tires. Shimmy still in vehicle. I bought all new tires and a full Firestone warranty and had the aligmnet done by an independant shop to prove to Toyota that my NEW vehicle alignment was NOT in spec. It is a problem in the rear suspension and there are not adjustments that can be made. Problem is still not fixed and it has been FIVE weeks and I have spent almost $700.00 more dollars to prove that the issue is NOT with TIRES that toyota and the dealer will not warranty. Their "good" technicians are on vacation and therefore I'm told I will have to wait another week and that the process will take more time after that. They say they want to have customers "satisfied" but they are not doing that with me so far and they have had plenty of time.
