Dealer responded and talked to Paul about specific vehicle.
Had a kid in a sporting event the Saturday we wanted to look. Called after to make sure they still had the car. Paul said sure come on up. Made mad dash to get there before they closed and the car had been sold earlier in the day. He tried to show us a 1993 car. What the heck? We went there to look at a 2010 priced at $16,000 and you want us to look at '93 priced at $3,000. Very ticked since we had driven a good distance to waste our time, gas and patience.

Wish I could give these jokers ZERO STARS. Saleman didn't listen to us when we told them what we wanted for a vehicle. Had to actually argue with him about what WE wanted! (as in, no really, we want this vehicle.) Mileage and information on truck was not accurate, neither was the description online (lots of features listed in the online ad, it did not actually have.) When we came to see it we were surprised at what it was, but decided to move ahead with the sale because of the price. Got passed off to a different salesman to "close" the deal, and we had to argue with him about the mileage being incorrect (he finally went to see for himself, came back and didn't apoligize or anything). I see they have since corrrected the mileage on the ad. We wanted a price change due to extra 20,000 miles on the truck, but he went back and forth "to finance" and didn't actually change the price, just moved the numbers around and actually wound up charging MORE for the truck. Finally told them to call us in the morning (it was closing time and they "had to wait until finance could look over the application.") Promised to call, didn't call. My wife called them back and they said they would call the next day, and they didn't do that either. So we bought a truck elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE - their self-written online ads are misleading, incorrect and incomplete. I see the price has dropped again- would NOT recommend dealer, cannot be trusted. I work in the auto sales/auction industry and have for a number of years.
