Rosenthal Jaguar-Land Rover of Tysons Corner

Called me a couple of times, and listened to what i wanted.

Staff dosnt work with the customers to find common ground! and they low ball customers on trades!!!

The dealers repsonded to initial inquiries and kep asking me to come in rather than answer simple questions. I asked if the vehicle was still available and to see the carfax (vehicle prices were very low). Responses were they were going to send it, but I never receieved it. I did however receive several phone calls and emails again to come in. SMH.

Very responsive and professional.

Dynamic staff, good selection of luxury cars. Thanks to Craig, he was the most patient salesman ever encountered.
