Very high pressure. I told them what I was looking for, a Honda Civic, and they tried to put me in everything BUT that car. I won't go there again.

Bought two cars on the same day from here. Perhaps the easiest transaction. Honest pricing and true to their word. Purchased 2 new Mazda 3 I Sport vehicles. Even helped arrange financing and explained every step of the process. Got us incentives when no other dealer could.

Good Mazda Joint. — First off, despite my initial review of the car, my wife treats cars like hell. I try to keep up, but if you know anything about cars, you'd cry. And what happens to her car is astounding! Took the 3 to Rosenthal Mazda because sitting in the car was unbearable: More squeaks, noises, just awful things going on! I think I know what the mechanic said when he put it up on the rack, too. After 2 years of commute driving, she'd done enough to this poor auto to rack up some $900 in repair bills at a time when we couldn't afford it. Motor mounts were gone, evaporator pump died, back bumper was loose and brakes were screaming. Such things shouldn't happen to a car! I had them repair the motor mounts and brakes for safety reasons. Ted, the service desk guy, took pity on me and gave us 10% break on the bill, but also explained the risks of the evaporator pump in language my wife understood and what could be done about the back bumper. They could have taken us to the cleaners, but it was a fair experience.
