I drove 4 1/2 hours to look at two vehicles, one from this dealer and one from Freeman Buick. Both dealers knew this. When we got to the dealership, Torren came out and greeted us warmly, but he had other customers and turned us over to somebody else. We went to see the van and it was missing the middle seat in the 2nd row and had numerous scratches, some severe all over the van, and did not have the navigation system it advertised. They had also listed the body in excellent condition. We ended up at Toyota of Dallas with an older black man named Larry (in case you look for him), who was wonderful. We bought a Sienna from him.
