Waited 20 minutes while the salesman tried to locate the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I was told an hour before I came in that this vehicle was available. Finally the salesman shows up and tells me the car has ben sold. Don't waste your time here. Later the same day I had a 100% positive experience at Alamo Toyata. I would highly recommend the Alamo Toyota dealership.

Their beautiful collection of trucks is attractive but they seem to push for sales on the basis of their good consumer reports instead of tailor-fit you into a truck of your needs. Why push a prospecting buyer for a V8 4X4 Tundra Pickup even though the price is right BUT am not hauling a train?

I emailed the dealer and negotiated a base price via email. When I arrived at the dealership it was a smooth process because we had already gone through the "hard sale" part of buying a car. I did not feel that pressure because we had conversed so much via email. Once we settled on the price the reset was very easy. All the people I had contact with where very professional. I do recommend that you get per-appoved and start you negotiation via email or phone first!!
