| “Horrible, Dishonest, Unethical. I Don't Care What They Promise You, Or What Price They Offer, Do Not Buy Or Lease From.”
Unethical, from the General Manager down thru the entire sales & service department. I was baited & switched to get me into the dealership (they told me the car I was interested in had Navigation, only to find out once I got down there it didnt(a 80 mile roundtrip). After 2 hours of negotiating the navi into the price, I go to sign papers & they have the navi as additional cost. My wife & I caught the sales person & sales agent in a blatant lie so we walked out the door. I got the GM involved & after talking to them, he told me a completely different version of what transpired. I should have knew it then, but the GM offered me a great price & said he would give me the navi at their price. So, I bought the car. One week later had it in for major issues (liftgate leaked- seats & carpet moldy & rusted). Various parts were not working(5 separate things). Not what you would expect for buying a brand new Buick Enclave (>$40k). Anyways, I have had the car into the dealership over 6 times in the 4 months I have owned it & still having repeat repair occuring. Same air vent fixed twice now & still messed up. So, anyways, back to the navi. They installed a cheap aftermarket system which at most cost them about $1200. so, even though I was to pay their invoice(deal that GM & I made), I paid $2300. They have serviced this stereo system 3 times now & still not working. I am now suing them for the $2500, have filed a complaint with the BBB & taking as much action to solve the problem. They said they will not do anything more to get me the system I actually deserve. they are unethical & they have a standard procedure called cutting corners to save a buck. Unfortunately it has cost me more time & money than what I was saving on the car. They are not a member of the better business bureau & they have an 'F' rating with them. If only I had known prior to buying the car. Run, run, run, Run from this dealership. A good deal is not a good deal afterall. If they dont lie & cheat to you to sell the car, they will cheat you in the service department. I have several calls into Autonation Corporate office, with no returned calls. What a joke

I would suggest that you consider other options. This car dealership has an F rating from the BBB. When you do business with them you may discover why this rating may be deserved. I had a repeated horrible service related issues. Work was rarely performed correctly or completely. Recovering the car after service was a nightmare. I had spent over 1 1/2 hours waiting on one occasion. My quickest repair pickup time was 25 minutes. The service writer apply heavy pressure for you to give them a five star rating. If for any reason that you don't give them five stars they want to know so they can twist your arm for the rating they want. They should spend the time getting your car right and get you out the door but they don't.
