The car was not there. My daughter told them that she was driving from Long Island. It took her 1 1/2 hours to get there. She called them 2 times and I called them 1 time to make sure that the car car there. In fact, after she left, I spoke to them again asking them to be absolutely sure the car was there so that I could call her to tell her not to make the trip. Again they said absolutely the car was there. She was very upset because she drove there with her young daughter for nothing. They just tried to sell her another car that she did not want. They lied and this is one of the reasons why some car dealers have such a bad reputation.
