Although I did not purchase from the dealer (lack of budget on my end), I found their correspondance the most professional of the dealers I received messages from. Very nicely presented and worded, with a strong desire to insure all of my questions received answers and to make sure they weren't spamming me with unwanted emails. I sure didn't receive that from anyone else. Note: my dealings with them (Ashleigh Ralston), were all online correspondance. I did not actually visit the dealership. Thank you Ashleigh.

These people were fantastic---courteous and very swift. And then, 3 days later, someone dropped the ball and tried to cash a predated check I had given them to cash 5 or 6 days later---rubber ball !!! My bank charged me $37.00 overdraft. The dealer says they will make it good for me--I will find out when I get home and check the mail. But they took the trade I offered and that made me happy.
