Dealer refused to provide a specific price over the internet, squirrelly stating that her best price was in the showroom. Every other dealer I have talked to was willing to negotiate over the internet.

Made an appointment to see a Silverado the night before. When I arrived the next day, the salesman didn't know who I was, or what vehicle I was interested in. In addition, the manager came out and told me that he sold the truck the night before. They could have given me a courtesy call and told me that the truck was sold (I live 45 minutes away).
