Time will tell how after the sale experience will be, but the visit to the dealership for the used CR-Z purchase was good. Dan (the Salesman) was pleasant to work with. The price negotiation went OK. After we came to a reasonably agreeable price, paperwork was promptly done, although we decided to buy after the closing of the dealership.

I want to share that I have been very displeased with my experience at Ourisman. I called about a 2009 Tahoe LTZ about two weeks ago after seeing the vehicle on car gurus.com. This was following the bad storm that ripped the area. I was told then that the vehicle was sold. Two weeks later, the vehicle is still posted on the website so I sent a message through the website to check the availability of the vehicle. A salesperson calls me with a sense of urgency about coming to check the vehicle out because another customer is actually looking at the vehicle as we speak... So then I inquire why I was told that the vehicle was sold, but it was never removed from the site and seems to still be available? The salesperson places me on hold and then tells me that it indeed is not on the lot. This vehicle is still listed on the website...
