the car they called me in to see had hail damage, had been hit on multiple body panels, and the convertible top didn't work. AND it was still not priced competitively.

I bought a used Lexus LS430 from these guys. I live in Denver, and they are in Austin, so I bought it sight-unseen. Salesman name was Polo - honest, thorough, friendly, responsive. I really wanted someone to tell me all the details, and he did. He said it was a great car, and the thing is BEAUTIFUL. I did have a third-party inspection (recommended; I used Auto P.I. in Austin - great) - but they just agreed with Polo. Every part of my interaction with this dealer has been great. We did financing over the phone and FedEx, they got me a great rate, and they got the car onto the transport on time. Highly recommended.
