Lack of communication. Never got them to return my calls. I always had to call them back. They had the vehicle I would have bought that weekend but no one wanted to talk to me.

They lure you in with cars with a particular price but then when you show interest they bombard you with calls and emails only to find out that the initial car you wanted is a MUCH higher price "but would really like you to come in and see other inventory" ......GM was a jerk and pretended he didn't get my emails and then had ZERO resolve or comments when he did supposedly get my email. Steer Clear!

The vehicle that was advertised on the internet by Northwest Dodge was NOT the vehicle they had on the lot. I was a 2010 Land Rover LR2, but they stated that it had options like the Navigation System, which it DID NOT! Good thing I asked some questions before driving 4 hours to Houston. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING THE TRIP!
