salesman Donny was pushy and was not comfortable with him. he did allow an over-nite test drive which was good. i went there because he told me had a 2012 Highlander of which he didnot.

Vehicle was misrepresented. Salesman told me car had options that it didn't just to get me in and then turned on the hard pitch. I knew it was trouble when the 1st question was "do you want to leave a deposit?" I hadn't even seen the car yet!
