Originally looked at a used Altima but ended up buying new 2012 because of the great incentives. Great salesman to work with, and they beat the closest offer by almost $1000.

Dealer flat out lied about condition of car. I asked about specific items, was told by email one thing, drive 600 miles to see the car, get there and see something different. Managers wouldn't speak with us, and the employees deflected blame onto each other. I wouldn't trust them with my garbage can, much less my Subaru.
