terrible - the car I came to see, used ford flex. I know it was on your lot for a while. Finally ready to buy and when I got there the car was filthy. Do you not have a detail shop?? All you needed to do was vacuum, clean the seats and repair the ripped flap in the back. Not too much to ask. Ended up finding a used one at Carmax that same evening in White Marsh and went home with a NICE CLEAN CAR.
