Dealer responded promptly. we ended up buying a different car from them (same model/yr, just different pre-owned unit). They were very nice, but the whole process took about 8 hours, which was ridiculous, especially since we had 2 toddlers with us. But we drove off with the purchased car that day.

I was contacted promptly by a salesperson, who then followed up by phone and email. The dealership offered a very competitive package, but we ended up going with a car closer to home.
