Bad experience with them on service and then they actually sent me an email titled "In or Out" while corresponding with them about an over- priced car they had listed. Not a great way to make a sale!

Worst customer service ever. I spent 10-15 minutes on their lot looking at a 2008 GS350, and no one even came out to ask if they could be of assistance - including the sales person who was watching me from the display area outside the building! I guess I wasn't dressed well enough to possibly be able to afford their cars (wrong again).
