Found a great car. Clarence and Carlos both were and are great. No pressure. Just gave us exactly what we wanted. Didn't try to up sell. Clarence is very straight forward, informative, and felt he was extremely honest. I would definitely use him again. I only gave four stars, because we had to wait for so long to go through financing. However, we got a better rate than USAA, and we absolutely LOVE our new car. Thanks Nalley!!!

Bad experience with them on service and then they actually sent me an
email titled "In or Out" while corresponding with them about an over-
priced car they had listed. Not a great way to make a sale!

Worst customer service ever. I spent 10-15 minutes on their lot looking at a 2008 GS350, and no one even came out to ask if they could be of assistance - including the sales person who was watching me from the display area outside the building! I guess I wasn't dressed well enough to possibly be able to afford their cars (wrong again).
