If You Live In Louisville And Drive A Chevrolet Don't Think Just Because You Are Taking Your Car To A Manufacturer Shop That They Will Do A Good Job Or Give You Good Service Because Its Definitely Not The Case. — Quality of work - They were a Chevrolet Dealership so they knew what they were doing for the most part. Customer service - Sucked ass!! Neither were the courteous and barely profession. Being that I am pretty busy during the week, one of the staff members became upset at the idea of me bringing my car in on the weekend and possibly needing a rental car. Then one of the other guys quoted me at a specific price for my brakes and ended up messing up to where I actually needed more parts $$$.... Expectations - weren't high to begin with. I had an extended warranty on the car so it was not a big deal. I just paid a $100 deductible and everything else was covered. Overall Experience - the only thing done and not sure if it was really done correctly was my tune up.
