Nice Guys But Didn't Know What They Were Doing — Had my car serviced here and the estimate they gave was off the mark by 450% (wow). When I questioned the NEW estimate they just acted like "that's life" and refused to budge on the NEW price. I can go in to detail but the explanation they gave seemed to be a bit questionable and made me doubt them. Well after paying them I brought it to the dealer (an additional $120 for them to look at it) only to find they installed the part in reverse. You read that right... they installed the part in REVERSE! That's about what I expected, so I took it back to the Miller's and they corrected the problem and gave me a free oil change for my trouble. Note: The deal also said what the Miller's did could have damaged this part but if it seems to be working at that point then let it go, but it's life span may have been compromised... so now i'm driving on a part that could give the onboard computer false readings at any time way before it's useful life is up. Thanks Miller's Sure in the end they were nice after I pointed out they made a mistake. But even then they didn't believe me until I made them call the dealer on how to install the part. It's just sad I had to run all over town and visit them a total of three times to get what should have been an easy fix to my car done. In total i spent well over a thousand for something that should have been less than $200 at the dealer. This may have been a one time mistake on their part but if that was the case would you have let a customer go away with just offering a free oil change? If I cost a customer an extra thousand I would have offered at least a full tune up as a way of saying sorry we screwed up... I'm a reasonable person but this doesn't sound like what a good mechanic does. If you go here I hope your story turns out better than mine. Because my experience was as bad as i've ever had at a mechanic. Bad - Bad - BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Guys, Great Service — Good honest honest guys, who will tell you like it is, I have seen them recomend that it may be better to buy another car instead of actually going through with the repairs needed to fix a vehicle if it is that bad. Top notch service, quality, and people in general.

The Best.... Period — I am a true gear head. I can rebuild motors, have restored cars,built kit cars and I can, without reservation recommend this garage. If it is too cold to do the repairs myself or I am just being lazy.. I take my cars to this place. They are the most honest and professional repair shop I have ever dealt with. I refer my friends here and have never heard a complaint. I trust them without reservation. They have gone so far as to try to talk me OUT of making a repair. They may not be the cheapest around... but I think they are the best around.
