does not negotiate or have great prices like they advertise.

horrible experience. they called me the morning of the test drive to confirm my appointment. when I got there they said they said they sold the car I was going to test drive. the salesman I was talking to wasn't there and told me to meet someone else. horrible business.

He has been very helpful and not pushy which is want anyone would want. Thank you for your service.

The sales guy was nice (no complaints) but the service team did not detail the car very well prior to purchase .The dealership truly needs to invest in customer atomosphere & the office .needs major renovation for used cars sales. I am comparing it to the experience I had at beechmont ford, Just a honest customer giving a honest opinion.

I email this dealership about a Van that I was looking at and a Sales guy John called me back within 5 mints after I sent my email. I ended up going out to this dealership that night and John had the van ready for me to test drive. I did end up buying the Van and it was already cleaned and ready to go. John is a great sales guy and I would go back to this dealership again.

Didn't end up buying this car, but correspondence was handled efficiently during the shopping process.
