I emailed that my time was limited and that I would pay asking price but wanted fair value for my trade (per Kelly blue book) . They emailed back that they just needed to appraise my car but may even be able exceed what I wanted. Drove there thinking deal was.formality, then after 1hr wasted, offered 5k less for trade. I feel like they wasted my time with false promises just to get me in the dealership. Will not deal with them in the future.

They told me the car i wanted was there and that i could come test drive it and then an hour later called me and told me it had been sold the day before

Extremely quick to respond..... Phone conversation was professional and courteous,. They seemed very interested in my business and offered to help in any way possible! Dealer didn't seem pushy or aggressive, but willing to offer a pleasant buying experience! I haven't made a purchase yet but will keep this dealer in mind. I highly recommend. THANK YOU

When You Need To Have Warranty Work And/or Paid Repair They Are The Best In The Area. — They have been my dealership for over 11 years and do a great job keeping my car going. When there is a issue, I was able to work it out with them. The service center is clean and modern, and the work they have done over the years has mostly been done right the first time, they are not perfect, but way better then some other dealerships.
