Mechanic to Go

Horrid Experience W/ Huntrsville/lakenorman Location.this Charlotte Location Showed Up Next Day But Was Not Helpful & Wasted My Time... — The Huntersville Mech. To Go (WILL) left me stranded after promising to come and did not call, answer phone or show-up, leaving me (a woman) stranded as car could not be moved. Upon reaching the Charlotte location which is the main owners location, JOEL at least showed up but did not tell me he'd need further instructions for my problem which I had told him about , altho I asked him 2 hrs in advance if he needed me to get any Saab info for him before he arrived. Thus after spending 2 hrs with me as I searched online from my laptop in my car, for a belt routing diagram, we went to get one from the auto store... he could not remove the bolt which was crucial to replacing the belt. He was nice enoiugh to begin with but had little knowledge of anything beyond american cars. He did not charge me for his site visit but by the time he admitted he couldn't even replace the serpentine belt.. it was too late for me to get anyone else being late saturday so i was screwed. I asked if he would at least tow my car with his big truck another 100 yards so it would not appear abandoned and he refused saying he did not wish to be responsible. This irritated me as he could have easily with no risk and it would have helped me greatly with the neighbors who had called my car in as abandoned, if they could have seen it was moved. Anyway, MECHANIC TO GO, (charlotte only) may be ok and wonderful with simple things like tire changes or hose replacements if you have a FORD.I have now lost 2 days with their brand name and am no farther along then the moment i broke down.
