Overall experience was positive. The salesman was skilled, applied no pressure, and got all information I requested on used vehicle I was searching for. The only gaff came when after the vehicle was put through the 140 point inspection to make it a 'Certified Used Toyota' , I found the brakes shook the truck while coming to a stop. The sales manager confirmed this after he drove it... For some reason the vehicle was not road tested during the inspection, otherwise they would have caught the problem. They immediately repaired the brakes, but still it tarnished what otherwise would have been a perfect experience.

Did not buy a car from them but their follow-up was good.

Had sold the car I went to see....but Big Bob, found me another, and I bought it. Great people to deal with!

Dealer responded next day. They did not have the car I wanted but showed me so options and were not pushy.

Dealer promptly responded to my email request identifying an esales person. They made an ioffer and set up an appt for the next day. After testing driving and having the car inspected, I purchased a car.
