The salesman responded to my internet inquiry. I told him I was in the market for a VERY CLEAN Cadillac CTS. He assured me his car was clean. I drove 25 miles to get there and when I arrived I found 28 - yes, twenty eight rock chips in the hood. I was angry for the salesman wasting my entire evening and when I voiced this he brought out his "Sales Manager" despite my asking him specifically not to do this. When I expressed my displeasure at the original salesman for doing this, the Sales Manager told me "What's with your anger issues?" I exploded. As I tried to get in my car to leave, the Sales Manager actually grabbed my door and tried to forcibly open it as I tried to leave. I actually had to get in his face and back him down and away from my person. This company is the worst example of underhanded and sleazy used car service that I have seen in my life. My experience even trumped anything I had ever seen in the movies about the notorious reputation of used car shysters with no integrity. Unbelievable, but 100% true. Do NOT go here.

They were very helpful. The car was sold before I went to go look at it but they at least called me before hand to tell me. They will answer ANY question you have. (:

Not too happy about their services. They should not call me twice ( made two trips) go to the show room to inspect the vehicle in which they knew this GS350 had been sold days ago in the first place.

They were great. No beating around the bush or hassle. Bought a car from them and would definatly recommend.

Was a good company and all, however, I felt I knew more about the car they were trying to sell than I did. Guess I can't blame them, they are specialists in Chevrolet, not Porsche...

We had an AMAZING salesman (Travis) and the whole sales team worked with us like a big family - then with just a few hours we were out the door with our new vehicle!!
