Trumped Up Problems — The purpose for my visit was an oil change. I was told I needed to have the brake fluid replaced, and the transmission fluid replaced and the power steering fluid replaced. Individual estimates ranged between $79 and $159. I said thanks, but not today. A few minutes later another customer was told she needed the brake fluid replaced in her 2008 Ford SUV. Her response was "What? You changed it last time I was here!" Bottom line is I don't trust these people. |
