My service experiences with Lewisville VW have been generally good with my Jetta.  They have performed warranty work and gone the extra mile.  When I had my Jetta serviced including a state inspection, they were nice enough to tell me that one of my components was giving the indication that it could be going out, which was good to know ahead of time, and I wouldn't have know if I had just taken it to your average state inspection place.  You do need to watch out for some things though.  I have had some minor damage to my car while it has been there in the past.  Make sure that you know your car's blemishes before you drop it off, and check it over before you leave.
