Lehmer's Concord Buick GMC

The two vehicles we called to schedule to test drive were filthy....they didn't bother to clean...food crumbs still in car. The person we made the appt wit was "unavailable and tied up with other customers". We drove 50 minutes on Memorial Day to specifically see two vehicles. We were serviced by a young inexperienced person who was not personable or knowledgeable. Then when we sat down to discuss cars, they said they would not negotiate on the cars. They obviously do not want or need our business. We walked out....and bought a Buick from another dealer the next day. Not impressed with dealership. If you are selling cars or at least attempting to....clean them!!

Seemed like they didn't even care. Took a very very very long time to just email me and didn't even respond with an answer to my questions. Just left their info. If I wanted a phone number, I could have called myself.

The dealership was nice and well maintained. The sales people are friendly and work very hard for the customer.

Called the deals regarding a car seen on CarGurus. Talked to the sales rep about the "2011 Hyundai with the Moonroof". He confirmed it was still there, we made an appt for me to come by the next morning. I took time off work to go over first thing the next day, but the car did not have a moonroof. The sales rep was totally unfamiliar with the Used car inventory, and every time I asked about another car on the lot he had to go back into the dealership to get info on the year, mileage and price. Total waste of my time
