A VERY pleasant experience. No price drop due to the price being only $1,400 over trade-in and that they inventoried the car for 7 weeks. The did agree to remove a door ding, replace a rear reflector, throw in a bottle of touch up paint and sold us an extended warranty for cost. A+++

Salesman was nice. Servive was quick. Managers would yell at Salesman in front of customers which I saw personally take place twice (Once in the parking lot, once in the lobby). I did not think that was appropriate. I sold my car back to CarMax so the salesman was nice enough to follow me to carmax to sell my car back since they offered me more money. The downside to this trip is that the Salesman took my new car which the paper work was already done for. In addition, while I was inside carmax the salesman went to get something to eat in MY NEW CAR. This in itself almost negated the rest of the sales experience.

Great Place To Get Your Car Serviced — great place to get your car serviced, service advisors are very nice and professional, they complete the work extreamly fast, i brought my Ridgeline in because water got in the fog lights and the center caps were turning yellow, they replaced my fog lights and center caps for free in under 2 hours, i would 100% go back without a second thought, i only wish i got my truck from them
