The Staff continues to be pleasant, polite, truthful, honest, and engaged. Even the owner has contacted me via his cellular telephone, which was a complete and most welcome surprise. I truly like Kristal Auto Mall. ***HOLD EVERYTHING! Just got a call from Manager of Kristal Auto Mall... It's CHARLIE SENIOR, of the old Atlantic Pontiac; He has been doing business personally with my family since 1967! Unbelievable! This is why, their quality and interity is so high. What a Great phone call that was. He even remembered my uncles and their personal cars, and the business cars they owned over the years. CarGurus: THANK YOU, for listing Kristal Auto Mall. Lazy, Rude, And Poor Customer Service — The staff is very lazy and rude to their customers, even upper management. They need to tone down the attitude. How lazy can people get? POOR SERVICE! DON'T GO! If you order a part in advance, they won't order it for you! They didn't offer to look up the price and availability. This is one reason why this company is going down the drain!
