Koons Toyota

I purchased a used 2009 Cadillac from Koons Toyota ,The price was OK ,I was not impressed with the salesperson, I realized I was not buying a new car ,The sales person was very Blunt, He Did not want to lower or even discuss a little lower price .Other than the lack of the sales person it was not bad.

Truck was advertised with TRD off road package at 27,288. When I spoke to salesman over the phone he told me he would email me when he made sure the truck was available. Email said that truck was available for 27,288. I noticed that pictures on the website did not show TRD off road graphics on truck. Emailed to confirm if truck had TRD off road package. Original salesman was off so I spoke to another one who said that the truck DID NOT have TRD off road package and that such a truck would be at least 31,000. I told him that the advertising was false and I had a confirmation email from other salesman. It's a good thing I called before making this 4 hour trip to purchase this truck. Original salesman was very nice. Second salesman would not concede the dealerships error.

they told me they accepted my loan and after driving 1 1/2 hrs to get the car i was told they didnt.. and also the person i dealt with really did not know any thing about the car. i will not recommend them to anyone

I drove from Buffalo to Annapolis to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had the car waiting for me when I arrived and they worked with me to make sure I got the fairest deal on the car and my trade. I was in and back on the road within 3 hours with my new car. As a bonus, they are only 30 minutes from Wahington DC, so I took the oppurtunity to see the White House and Washington Monument while I was in town. When I am in the market for another vehicle I would definitly look at Koons again even though it was a 7 hour drive to get there.

I was quoted one price on the phone but when I went to the store they would not give me the agreed on price.

JD was very informative and polite,also knowledgeable about any vehicles on the lot.
