Not quite done dealing with them yet... Over all unsure just yet. I drove up and met a salesman and started working with him. Now he's no longer with them, so met the next guy and started from scratchd...

Good experience with buying a car. Helpful with issues that have come up with the car we bought. Would definitely work with this company again.

VERY VERY pushy salesman and manager..... too much time wasted negotiating price.

Poor Service, Poor Customer Service — I told the mechs that the car is hard to start, otherwise reliable. They said this was a known problem and recalibrating the PCM would fix the issue. I deferred the maintenance for a while since it was a nuisance issue. When I eventually took the car in, a second mech confirmed what I had been told earlier. Recalibrated the PCM. Paid the bill. Car ran worse. Now the mechs say they would never do this without doing a full diagnosis, want to charge another $89 to check out the car after they told me that their proposed solution would solve the problem. Recommendation: find another dealership if you must take a car to dealer for service. Better yet, find a good local mechanic. They care.

Stay Away!!! — This dealer is one of the WORST I have ever visited. I took my 2003 Cobra in for service, a simple oil change and rotate. While it was there one of the mechanics who I was told was new scratched my car because the rack was not set right. Rather than tell me this they tried to cover it up with touch up paint! The service manager Adam refused to do anything and said there was no proof they did it. He tried to offer a free service on my next visit, but I will never get the car serviced there again!. I went back shortly after to pick up a part I had ordered (new shift knob) and found out from the parts guy that they had indeed tried to cover up the damage with touch up paint, he knew because he was the one who gave them the paint!!! There is a whole twitter page dedicated to these crooks; #kerryfordsucks

It Was Good — The people at Kerry Ford sent us a cold-air intake and the 20hp racing tune for the Mustang GT, and they made it so we could install it ourselves.
