took the car (2004 ford explorer) back 5 times for transmission fix under warranty-never got a fix on it or any other problem I had. If you want anything other than an oil change or tire replacement, go elsewhere. Its beyond their capability to fix any thing beyond the simple things and they are unwilling to change any major components even under warranty.
