I don't think Jays is in the business of selling cars. I went there last Saturday to look at a car I was interested in. I went to another place down the street because I grew tired of waiting for someone to help me. My friend and I stood right in front of the office and waited patiently while a guy was on the phone. Even after 10-15 minutes we were never acknowledged - not even with any eye contact or a signal saying he would be with us shortly. Obviously, he did not care that we were there. Oh well, his loss and my gain. I ended up purchasing a better car for less money and received great customer service. Jays, you did me a favor, and I want to thank you.

Long Wait And Expensive — This mechanic should not advrtise that they service VW's. They charged a very high price for the service, but I accepted because was told that I'd have my car back in one business day. They didn't begin work on the car until late the first day, and they said that the car would be ready by mid-day today, day 3. When I went to pick the car up, it still wasn't ready, and the owner couldn't even give me an approximate time when it would be. His explaination was that "VW's are complicated cars" which may be true, but don't advertise that you service them if you can't fix them in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend anyone who has a VW to take it here to be serviced. This shop doesn't have the knowledge, professionalism nor expertise to work with European cars, and they have poor customer service.
