They had a vehicle we were interested in but we couldn't come to terms on price and there was one feature of vehicle that we did not like. Not a problem. The problem was that the next day, on further internet research, we found that they had another vehicle that fit our parameters and was in the price range we wanted to stay. A price range that we clearly explained. Cannot figure out why they did not show us the other vehicle. Plus, we later found out that the feature we did not like in the first vehicle was one that could have been easily swapped out...and if they had done that we would have met them on price. We ended up buying elsewhere and they missed two opportunities to sell us a vehicle.
