JP Importz Dallas Independent Lexus and Toyota Repair and Service Center

I found this garage in City Search. I took my Toyota Avalon in because of a strange noise and bad brakes. I took the car in and lady at the front office said they will get back to me in about an hour and sure enough, I got a call from Jason.The car was making a funny noise but it did not happen when I took the car in. Jason suggested for me to leave it overnight so he can try it again in the morning. Sure enough, he figured out the problem and had to order a part but said that it will be ready the next day. The next morning it was done. When I went to pick up the car, he went and got the old parts and show me exactly what was wrong. This is the first time that a repair shop has shown me the old parts. They also charged a fair price for the work. The car was also completely clean inside out. A week later, Jason even e-mail me to make sure that the car is running smoothly. I will for sure bring my car in to them from now on.
