They Broke Parts And Did Not Inform Me Of Damage Done To Car — I brought my ancient car in to to service the A/C and do an alignment. When I dropped off my car it worked fine. It was old, but it was running. When I picked up my car two weeks later (!!!) they had disconnected my speakers, broken off my emergency brake release and hood release lever and my car refused to start. When my friend took it in for me and waited for the repairs, they got it running and told her to inform me I just needed to buy a new car, there was nothing I could do to fix it. When I got home that night my car wouldn't start again, and there were two hoses hanging from the engine disconnected. I would never send anyone to this shop. They took a functioning car and returned a broken one.
