Found a car I was interested on CarGurus and it was at Imperial Ford, Mendon MA. Quite a distance from where I live but price was right. Travelled to see the car and met Doug Hood who answered all my question and as it turned out grew up in the same city as me. Like the dealership and the way it gives back to the community. I bought the 2012 Ford Escape and I'm pleased with it and the way the sale was handled from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Dealer contacted me several times, they were right on top of it. With my time contrainsts I wasn't able to get there and they did not want to budge on price.

really was not happy at all would not refer anyone to Imperial! Went in on Sunday after being there for two hours on Saturday going thru everything, when I went back the next day with ALL intentions of buying the car we had discussed the day before, had my tital, check and registration in hand BUT because MY salesman was not there from the day before, I was handed OFF by the second salesman who also talked to me on Saturday with my original salesman,to another salesman who knew NOTHING about me or the car I had picked and started the process all over again! His question to me was if you wanted the car and liked the price (as I got yet another price from him) better the day before "why didn"t I buy it"!! I took my tital, registration and check and left with a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. This is a big purchase and considering that I am older this is NOT something that I am going to just jump right into. They did contact me to apologize and said they would get me in the car for the orignal price we had agreed on but I told them really not interested in doing business with them. That should have already been settled when I went back on Sunday with the intention of buying the car!

I heard from two representatives from Imperial Ford. I am now,
deciding on the best way to close the deal through a credit union,
bank, or what. I am also concerned what my car (2001 Lincoln
Continental ) will bring for a trade-in. In short, with what association I
have had with Imperial Ford, has been a very positive one. Thanks!
