Personnel very helpful and friendly. Overall process was slow once we reached the sale closing activities; they probably should study the amount of time waiting between steps. I did my homework - they (I think) recognized it and didn't give me a hard time completing the negotiation. I would suggest they reconsider having all the sales personnel standing in the parking lot intercepting customers as they come into the lot - disconcerting and uncomfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with the results and the car.

I did not purchase from this dealer but the sales response was quick and courteous. Would definately think about working with them in the future.
