service skills and wasn't very
responsive. As the rep for the
dealership he did not leave us
with a good experience. Also the
manager was not much better.
Their approach is hurry up sale,
get the money and we dont care if
you ever buy from us again and

Apart from making a 100 mi rt on the 4th of July b/c there was no notice of closing on Website or phone message, our experience was positive. Damon Farmer was straightforward, helpful and great with ppwk. The lifetime transmission warranty is the main reason we drove all the way from San Antonio to buy our Honda there.

I usually do my car shopping via email online. I had asked them
specific questions in my email that were not answered. Instead, their
reply email asked me to call them. A true Internet sales dept
wouldn't do that. I spend enough time talking on the phone for work,
that I try to avoid it whenever possible.
