I bought my 2008 Pontiac G5 from Hooman a couple of months ago and I can tell you that my sales experience was great! This dealership actually made me think differently about dealerships and what should be expected. The employees at Hooman Pontiac make you feel important, they listened to what I needed and made me feel really comfortable. I did not know anything about purchasing a vehicle or the product that I was buying but the salesman was very knowledgeable and understanding about me being a first time buyer. They gave me a great deal.
I went to the service department last week and I was surprised with the service that they gave me. When I pulled up my car to service drive they helped me out right away I didn't even have to get out of my car and I told them that it was my first time getting service done for my vehicle. They knew right away what I needed and they were so professional and understanding. I will continue to service my vehicle at HOOMAN PONTIAC. |

I went to Hooman Pontiac in Culver City to have my car serviced for the 1st time in March 2008. My local dealer has shut the doors. I was very impressed by the facility, the people and the friendly atmosphere. They took in my car, gave me a free, yes free, loan car to use while they worked on my car. They had it diagnosed and repaired the day after I dropped it off. The price was great, the warranty is great and the free loaner car is great. They followed up with me on the progress of the car each day. My service writer, Sergio, was fantastic. The car was given back to me washed, fixed and with a smile. I reccommend this dealer highly.

don't bother driving there. This location is closed, there is no one there, the lot is empty yet they keep advertising the location on their website. They want you to go to their other location in Inglewood which is in a shady neighborhood where I would never drop off my vehicle for service. They no longer offer new GM vehicles, I am sure they lost the dealership in recent GM cutbacks.

buying my vehicle at Hooman Pont was one of the best experiences I have had on buying a car. From the drive test to the financing dept everyone was friendly and professional. i have told all my family and friends about the dealership. The VIP is a service that not many dealership's have to offer and I have to tell you it's the truth about the free car wash's and oil changes and loaner vehicle's. the service dept was friendly and very quick to get my car done. once again if your looking into buying a new car look into Hooman and you will not regret it..

I have never been more discussed by any dealer in my life. They tried to tell me that my call
leaked coolant and transmission fluid even though I have never found a spot on my garage! They wanted to do a complete engine workover, but in reality, my car was running perfectly and only had a service light come on. These service people get paid by how much work they can convince you to do. If you want to loose your wallet go to this dealer. |
